Notice is hereby given that a Board Meeting of the City of Jefferson, Tourism Board will be held on Monday, March 11, 2019, at 5:30 pm, at the Jefferson Convention & Visitors Center at 305 E. Austin St., Jefferson, Texas, at which time the subjects to be discussed or considered or upon which any formal action may be taken are as listed below. Items do not have to be taken in the order shown on the meeting notice. Unless removed for the consent agenda, items identified with the consent agenda will be acted on at one time.

a) Consider/Approve By-laws
b) Consider/Approve Advertising/Marketing Updates and new expenditures-such as Go Daddy renewal, TV, Magazines
Advertising Committee—Pam Thomas
c) Consider/Approve Continuing BOT for a second month
d) Update on Avenu Services that collect HOT tax for the city
e) Discussion on how to increase events so HOT tax revenue increases
f) Consider/Approve hiring Keylee and Danielle, and a HS student as part time City employees to staff and work for City under direction of The Tourism Board
