Public Comments – Must sign up in advance on the list and must limit to 3-minute conversation. Jefferson City Planning and Zoning Commission may ask questions but shall not discuss items that are not on the agenda. On a subject that is not on the agenda, a person may add an item to a future Planning and Zoning Commission Agenda by contacting City Hall a minimum of 5 days prior to a regular Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting.

a. Consider, Discuss, and/or approve Minutes from September 2, 2025 Regular Meeting

c. Consider, Discuss, and/or approve Minutes from October 6 Special Meeting
d. Enter into Minutes October 7, 2025 Regular Meeting was rescheduled to October 6, 2025
e. Consider, Discuss, and/or approve Minutes from October 20, 2025 Regular Meeting
6. ACTION
a. Re-Consider, discuss and/or approve P&Z recommendation on a Building Permit for Steve and Peggy Walker at 407 E Walker. This permit was amended after construction began and initial approval granted. Council tabled action until additional questions could be answered, and returned to P&Z on October 21, 2025.
7. WORKSHOP
a. Discuss upcoming Public Hearing on November 13, 2025.
b. Discuss Lessons Learned from recent Building Permit submissions in preparation for development of permitting process.
c. Discuss Building Permit revision suggestions
d. Discuss Plans for Creating Building Inspector processes
8. ADJOURNMENT

Polk Street, a place readily accessible to the general public at all times, on the 29th day of October, 2025 at 5:00p.m. and remained to posted for at least three (3) business days preceding the scheduled time of said meeting.
