The City of Jefferson’s Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing for the “Proposed Zoning and Zoning Regulations for the City of Jefferson” at 6:30 p.m., Thursday, November 13, 2025, at the Jefferson Visitor and Transportation Center, located at 305 E. Austin Street, Jefferson, Texas, 75657.

 

THE PROPOSED ZONING AND ZONING REGULATIONS FOR THE CITY OF JEFFERSON is available on the City of Jefferson Website (https://www.JeffersonTexas.us) on the Planning and Zoning Tab.

A Copy of the document is also available for review at City Hall.

A SUMMARY MAP is attached to the endo (or reverse side) of this notice, but IS FOR REFERENCE ONLY. Detailed information on zoning districts is defined in the Proposed Document available on the Website.

 PUBLIC HEARING TO PROPOSE ZONING

 Public hearing concerning the Planning and Zoning Committee to propose Zoning Regulations for the City of Jefferson to City Council for consideration to approve.  This hearing will be held to receive public feedback on proposed zoning articles.  Any resident in attendance may discuss and provide input to the board regarding the “Proposed Zoning and Zoning Regulations for the City of Jefferson.”
