Public Comments – Must sign up in advance on the list and must limit to 3-minute conversation. Jefferson City Planning and Zoning Commission may ask questions but shall not discuss items that are not on the agenda. On a subject that is not on the agenda, a person may add an item to a future Planning and Zoning Commission Agenda by contacting City Hall a minimum of 5 days prior to a regular Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting.
5. ACTION
a. Re-Consider, discuss and/or approve P&Z recommendation on a Building Permit for Steve and Peggy Walker at 407 E Walker. This permit was amended after construction began and initial approval granted.
b. Consider, discuss and/or approve P&Z recommendation on a Building Permit for Chris Richardson at 204 E Clay for home.
c. Consider, discuss and/or approve P&Z recommendation on a Building Permit for Immaculate Conception Catholic Church Priest House at 206 W Henderson.
d. Consider, discuss and/or approve P&Z recommendation on a request by Francene Rainey on the need to formally subdivide a tract of property being split into three parcels when sold, and requesting said subdivision. There is no anticipated change in use of the three parcels.
e. Consider, discuss and/or approve changes to Proposed Zoning document as indicated from Public Comment.
6. WORKSHOP
a. Discuss Public Comment from November 13, 2025, Public Hearing on Proposed Zoning
b. Discuss Sign Permit Applications process already in place and no-review by P&Z at this time.

Polk Street, a place readily accessible to the general public at all times, on the 11th day of November, 2025 at 5:00p.m. and remained to posted for at least three (3) business days preceding the scheduled time of said meeting.
