Public Comments – Must sign up in advance on the list and must limit to 3-minute conversation.  Jefferson City Planning and Zoning Commission may ask questions but shall not discuss items that are not on the agenda.  On a subject that is not on the agenda, a person may add an item to a future Planning and Zoning Commission Agenda by contacting City Hall a minimum of 5 days prior to a regular Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting.

  1. WORKSHOP

There will be no action taken during the workshop.  This agenda item is for a workshop to open the floor for discussion on topics listed below.  There will be no action taken on approving the discussion topics contained within the workshop at this time.  Items may be placed on a future agenda for possible action at a later time.

  1. Discussion on possible revisions to Proposed Zoning for the City of Jefferson, based on Feedback received during Public Hearings
  2. Continuation of prior meeting discussion of the draft of City of Jefferson Zoning Regulations (printed April 15, 2003).

a. Consider, discuss, and/or approve establishing a SECOND REGULAR MEETING each month on the 3rd Monday of each month for purpose of reviewing Building Permits submitted for review and recommendation

b. Consider, discuss, and/or approve Changes Recommended in Workshop on changes to City of Jefferson Zoning Regulations per Public Feedback

Polk Street, a place readily accessible to the general public at all times, on the 2nd day of May, 2025 at 5:00p.m. and remained to posted for at least 72 continuous hours preceding the scheduled time of said meeting.
