The City of Jefferson is accepting sealed bids for:

 

Cedarwood North Subdivision LOT NO. 25, UNIT 3 (.63 acre tract) and LOT NO. 26, UNIT 3 (.02 acre tract).

The parcels will be sold together, therefore only one bid is required to obtain both properties.

The City of Jefferson retains the right to refuse any and all bids.

Bids accepted until November 30, 2017.
