Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Jefferson City Council will be held on June 16, 2020 at 5:30 P.M. at the Transportation Center at 305 E. Austin Street, Jefferson, Texas, at which time the subjects to be discussed or considered or upon which any formal action may be taken are as listed below. Items do not have to be taken in the order shown on the meeting notice. Unless removed from the consent agenda, items identified with the consent agenda will be acted on at one time.

Public Comments- Limited to citizens and business owners of the City of Jefferson, must sign up in advance on the list located near the door and must limit to 3 minutes conversation. Jefferson City Council may ask questions but shall not discuss items that are not on the agenda. Ona subject that is not posted on the agenda a person may add to a future City Council Agenda by contacting City Hall a minimum of 5 days prior to a regular City Council Meeting.

a. Consider and/or approve change Special Event Application for Outlaw National Car Show change the dates from April 17-19, 2020 to June 26-27, 2020
b. Consider and/or approve Kona Ice Mobile Shaved Ice delivery to call in Customers
c. Consider and/or approve Cares Act Federal Funding Grant for Police Department
d. Consider and/or approve Resolution Declaring an Alley located between Block 82 and Block 86 in the Urquhart Addition abandoned and closed and authorizing sale
e. Consider and/or approve a Deed Without Warranty for Alley located between Block 82 and Block 86 in the Urquhart Addition abandoned and closed
f. Consider and/or action on TMRS Employee Retirement Plan
g. Consider and/or approve action on TML Health Benefit Pool Renewal Notice and Benefit Verification Form
h. Discuss and consider approving the recommendation of the Selection Review Committee to award by resolution a contract for archeological services for the City’s General Land Office Disaster Recovery contract #19-076-053-B844
7. EEXECUTIVE SESSION
